Increased Instagram account followers from 350 to over 1000.
Established Total Team Fitness's social media accounts as a source for fitness inspiration and knowledge, resulting in a more professional high-end brand that followers find valuable. 
 
Total Team Fitness is now running almost twice as many classes and caries with it a more established brand that is continuing to grow.

the context

Total Team Fitness (TTF) is a small boot-camp Gym in Winnipeg. When first coming on board TTF ran 4 Classes a week with a mix of monthly members and drop-in purchases. They had inconsistent posting on their social media accounts and unclear messaging. Total Team Fitness wanted to increase and professionalize their online presence with consistent posts. Along with this they wanted to increase the amount of monthly members and consistency among clients. 

The IDEA

Establish a larger online brand through highlighting the deep domain knowledge of  Total Team Fitness founder Rhyland Qually. Combing this with user engagement and developing a stronger online presence will establish the Total Team Fitness brand in Winnipeg. 

Step 1: Establish 

Establish a consistent aesthetic through out the TTF native to the platforms. Set up Google my Business and gain reviews in order to improve SEO and help establish the brand.  

Step 2: Grow 

Through user engagement establishing a greater brand through developing a target market to engage with socially and developing a page that is a source for fitness knowledge and inspiration using content native to Instagram and Facebook.

Step 3: Promote

After establishing the Social media pages as sources of fitness inspiration and motivation a larger base of followers it is key to keep up with the value offering content combined with specialized promotional campaigns for every season.

execution

Establishing

A consistent and clean black and white aesthetic was originally established as it ran consistent with the brand colours. Now the pages have consistent orange aesthetic as we found it gives a more welcoming look to the brand and is gives an appearance more native to the platform. After establishing "Google My Business" for Total Team Fitness we ran testimonial campaigns with the goal of increasing the amount of reviews on "Google my Business" and Facebook. This showed to Improve SEO and help legitimize the Total Team Fitness.

Growth 

Growth of the account was achieved through targeted and extensive engagement on Instagram. This involved strategically engaging with followers in Winnipeg that were fans of fitness and would find value in Total Team Fitness.
