Always Dale is an international events organization that I co-founded in 2020. We host thematic night-life events, curating immersive experiences through production, decor, and branding.

As Head of Marketing, I've led very successdul campaigns catalyzing the growth of Always Dale. Leveraging content marketing, attendee research, paid advertisements, influencer marketing, public relations.

I've also secured strategic partnerships with major festivals in Winnipeg, including; Festival du Voyageur, Summer of Sound, and Super Spike.

Key to our growth: 85% of our audience found out about Always Dale through social media.

 

Viral Content: 120K viewers on one full-set YouTube video.

Follower Growth: From 0 to over 9000 followers across, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Facebook.

Paid advertising campaigns allow us to create campaigns from our high performing creative

Results: Achieved a ROAS of over 1300%.

How: Consulted Meta-Ads professional to guide us through the best campaign possible. Using a creative-first strategy, A/B testing creative and segmenting to optimize for maximum return.

Events

I've led the creation of more than 12 different event brands. Each with their own unique logo, style, and communication goals. Branding has been crucial in our success. It's at the core of communication that resonates with our target audience and communicates the uniqueness of each event.

These are just a few of those events. All of which had strong reception when launching and have sold-out every year. Evidence of strong brand and communication that exceeded customer expectations.

Highlighting retro and modern elements that emphasize the glamour of the original Studio 54.

Game Over Halloween

Creating three distinct stage experinces at the event each inspired by an iconic video game.

 

These videogames were highlighted within the poster itself with various characters from all three video games.

Stages

Along with event brands we've created 3 distinct stage brands, for each brand of dance music. Each with their own logo, type of production, and even Spotify Playlist.

Out of the 3, the Groove Garden has been the very crucial to our success.

Featuring accessible retro and modern disco music paired with greenery decorations. It has allowed us to reach the broadest audience and collaborate with established festivals of all genre's of music.
